3. Window -Lots of information related to a record-

The window for adding text belongs to one individual record. Diverse information from the record is automatically recorded in this window. You can write or copy additional information, related to the record, into this window. It can also function as a notepad for additional information for which it is not worth to create an entire document, but you still would like to keep. It is possible to record all information related to a record in this window, since attachment are not necessarily required.
